"Well” is a state of being, not a destination, and it's our mission to keep you in a constant state of well being. .Starting with the very basics of your daily routine, we build a customized program to help you reach your health goals – whether that’s weight loss, strength building, or to tone and tighten, we’ve got you covered.  Find mind-body connection and optimize your life!

- Choice of 2 or 3 x weekly personalized training session, designed specifically to your goals, and body needs. 

- Weekly check-in support calls with coach

We offer 4, 8 and 12-week programs for companies of every size.  We will design a program specifically for your company's culture and employee needs.  Using minimal equipment, we come to you and transform your workplace into a place of energy and vitality where everyone can connect outside of work pressures.

Events & Retreats

If you have a retreat planned or event that needs an infusion of mindful fitness, we are the perfect partner for you.  We are available to join for a small or large segment of your event or retreat and will bring your attendees an experience that will have them moving, sweating and centering the mind and body.  Fees vary depending on travel and length of event.  Send us the details.
